Speech, Language & Hearing Screening

As one of our special programs, we provide our families with an opportunity to have their child screened by the Easter Seals for Speech, Language and Hearing.  We offer this program to children in the Three- and Four-year-old classes (including the Big Room).

This year the screening will take place on November 4, 5 and 6 2013.

The Easter Seals offers this program at a nominal fee of $20.  If for any reason your family is not able to afford this fee but you are still interested in having your child screened, please contact Mrs. Lang for options.

If you would like to have your child participate in this optional screening, please print and complete the form provided below and return to your child's teacher ASAP with a check made out to Easter Seals.
